Implementation & Support

What the first ninety days look like, who does what, and how support works once the appliance is part of the workflow.

Weeks 1–2 — scoping

  • Pick two or three matter types with real volume: contract review, discovery review, memo drafting.
  • Execute the DPA and complete your security questionnaire.
  • Install the appliance, enrol the pilot group's devices, and index the first document sets.

Weeks 3–6 — calibration

  • Run live matters on the appliance and compare output against how the work is done today.
  • Tune matter workspaces, access tiers and indexing scope to your quality and confidentiality bar.
  • Review grounding reports together to establish what your reviewers should spot-check.

Weeks 7–12 — rollout

  • Expand to the wider team with roles and invite policy set by your firm admin.
  • Wire audit events into your existing retention and supervision process.
  • Baseline the cost and cycle-time report your partners will actually be shown.

Ongoing support

  • A named contact for the account, not a ticket queue.
  • Response targets by severity, with a defined path for anything touching confidentiality.
  • Advance notice of model and legal-database updates that could affect output.
